- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WHY WON'T THEY ALLOW ME TO HAVE A DEBIT CARD? WHEN I DEPOSITED CHECKS IN FEB/MARCH 2016 I REQUESTED A DEBIT CARD.......IN WRITING! WHY DID THEY IGNORE MY REQUEST? ALL I WANTED WAS A DEBIT CARD FROM MY EXISTING ACCOUNT. FINALLY I HAD TO GO TO LENGTHS TO OPEN A SEPARATE NEW ACCOUNT AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME $25 A MONTH. I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO AVOID PAYMENT OF FEES AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME AND CHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A WAY TO DETECT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO HAVE ALL MAINTENANCE FEES WAIVED?
